How do I delete my Jirle account?

If you wish to close your Jirle account permanently, you can easily submit a deletion request through your account settings.

Steps to Delete Your Jirle Account:

1. Log Into Your Jirle Account
   Visit www.jirle.com/login and sign in with your credentials.

2. Access Account Settings
   Click your profile icon and select "Account Settings" from the menu.

3. Request Account Deletion
   Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page and click on "Request Account Deletion."

4. Confirm Your Request
   Review the deletion details and confirm your request. You may be asked to verify your identity for security reasons.

5. Processing the Deletion
   Once your request is submitted, account deletion typically takes up to [example: 7–14 business days]. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is permanently removed.

Important Notes:

• Deleting your Jirle account is permanent and cannot be undone.

• All order history, saved addresses, and payment methods will be erased.

• If you have pending orders, please wait until they are completed before requesting deletion.
