How can we help?
Yes, Jirle allows sellers to offer their products to international customers, helping you expand your business to a global audience.
Enable International Shipping
When listing your products, you can select shipping destinations outside your home country. Be clear about where you are willing to ship.
Set Appropriate Shipping Rates
Calculate international shipping costs carefully. You can either offer a flat international shipping fee or charge based on location.
Understand Customs and Duties
Inform your international buyers that customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on their country’s regulations.
Provide Accurate Product Information
Clear descriptions, proper measurements, and weight details help avoid shipping problems or misunderstandings with international buyers.
Use Reliable International Shipping Services
Choose trusted carriers like FedEx, DHL, UPS, or national postal services that offer tracking for international deliveries.
Important Notes:
Sellers are responsible for complying with any export laws and regulations.
Always communicate estimated delivery times clearly to your international customers.
