How can I track my order?

At Jirle, after you place an order, the seller usually begins preparing your item for shipment during the fulfillment process. Once the seller fulfills the order, you should receive an order confirmation email that includes your tracking number and shipping carrier information. Tracking details allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, or other couriers. If you do not receive your tracking number within 72 hours after your order has been fulfilled, we recommend contacting the seller directly through your Jirle account to request an update. Staying in communication with the seller helps ensure you receive the latest information regarding your shipping status.
