What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, the first step is to check the tracking information provided by the seller. You can find tracking updates through the carrier’s website using the tracking number sent after your order was fulfilled. Sometimes delays happen due to weather, customs or courier issues. If your tracking number shows no updates or if you did not receive a tracking number within 72 hours of fulfillment, we recommend contacting the seller directly through your Jirle account. Sellers are responsible for providing shipping updates and helping resolve delivery issues. If you are unable to reach the seller or the problem remains unresolved, Jirle Support can step in to assist you further.
