What items are not eligible for a refund or return?

Some items on Jirle are not eligible for a refund or return, depending on the seller’s individual policy and the type of product purchased.

Common examples of non-refundable or non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at checkout

  • Perishable goods, such as food or plants

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Digital goods or downloadable content

  • Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Always review the seller’s return policy on the product page before completing your purchase. If an item is listed as non-returnable, Jirle and the seller are not required to accept a return or issue a refund unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.
