Each seller on Jirle is responsible for setting their own return and refund policy, including the time limits for eligible requests. We recommend reviewing the seller’s policy carefully before placing an order.
If a refund or return request is submitted after the seller’s stated time frame, the seller may decline the request. In such cases, Jirle support may not be able to guarantee a refund or assist with a return.
To be eligible for support from Jirle, all refund or return requests must be made within the seller’s stated policy window.
