To request a refund or start a return on Jirle, first go to your account and find the order you wish to refund or return. Use the "Contact Seller" button to send a message directly to the seller explaining your request.
If you are requesting within 24 hours of purchase, you may cancel the order for a full refund. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
If more than 24 hours have passed, you will need to provide a reason for your refund or return request. Supporting evidence, such as photos or videos, may help speed up the process.
After the seller reviews your request, they may approve or decline it based on their posted return policy. If approved, you must return the item in its original condition. Once the seller confirms receipt and condition, the refund will be issued.
Always submit your request within the seller’s listed time frame to be eligible for refund support through Jirle.
