How does Jirle help settle refund or return disputes?

Jirle provides support to help resolve refund or return disputes when buyers and sellers cannot reach an agreement.

If a seller does not respond to your refund or return request, or if you believe the seller is not following their stated policy, you can escalate the issue by requesting help through your order details page. When escalating a case, you must provide a clear communication history, proof of purchase, and any evidence that supports your claim, such as photos or videos.

Once a dispute is escalated, Jirle’s support team will review the case by examining all provided information from both parties. We may contact the buyer and seller for additional details if needed.

If the investigation finds that the seller did not meet their refund or return obligations, Jirle may step in to issue a refund to the buyer according to our platform policies.

Jirle’s goal is to ensure a fair and transparent process that protects both buyers and sellers while upholding the trust of our platform.
