Always send messages through Jirle’s internal messaging system to ensure your communication is documented and protected.

When messaging the seller, clearly explain the reason for your refund or return request and include any helpful details, such as order numbers, photos, or videos if applicable. Providing complete information upfront can help the seller process your request faster.
